ballanced between the Trustee and and the wages of all agreed upon. The president remarked that he was amenable to the state for the faithful discharge of his duties as Trustee in Trust and that the Temple Committee were accontable to him and to no other authority; and they must not take notice of any complaints from any source but let the complaints be made to him if any were needed and he would make things right. The parties separated perfectly satisfied and the president said he would have a notice published stating that he had examined their accounts and was satisfied &c.— It was also agreed that the Recorders Office should be moved to the , for better convenience.— [p. 206]
