Personally appeared before me — an Alderman acting in and for said H. Rosenkrantz who f◊◊◊ being first duly sworn deposeth and saith that he is not opposed, nor had he any hostile feeling to the said Citizens of that he has not given any information, nor will he give any— to the Mob or any one belonging to the Mob, that he has not aided or abetted, nor will he aid or abet, any of them in the persecution of the said Citizens of , neither will he carry out of any arms or ammunition whatever— So help me God—
