D. 1845 I administrator of the estate of Joseph Smith deceased have assigned and Set over unto the full amount of the Judgment <and interest> obtained in the Lee County Circuit Court Held at in Lee Co Ill. in the month of May A. D. 1844. in the Case of Joseph Smith and against & , & authorize the said to controle the above judgment to his own Satisfaction & benefit &c.
