sec 33 Any person who may accept the appointment of Assessor and Collector in any ward in this and shall fail to perform the duties required of him shall forfeit and pay the sum of one hundred <Dollars> for the use of the to be recovered by action of Debt in the name of the and shall be moreover be liable for all damages sustained by the by reason of such failure.
