An ordinance concerning bathing and Swimming.
Sec 1. Be it ordained by the city council of the City of , that if any person shall bathe or swim in any waters, within the limits of said , whereby such person shall be exposed to public view, in a state of nudity, such person shall be subject to a fine of three dollars, for the first offence, to be recovered on complaint before any court competent to try the same; & for the second offence, to the penalty of the ordinance concerning vagrant and disorderly Persons, passed November 13. 1841.
<Sec. 2.> This ordinance to be in force from and after its passage.
