That about the year AD 1839 the said Joseph Smith jr deceased laid and caused to be laid out the aforesaid quarter section of land into town lots in the town of for the purposes of sale & this disposition of the same as town property that from the time of the purchase aforesaid of said until the time of the of the same by said to said & up to the time of the death of said Joseph the said deceased lived upon used and exercised the ordinary acts of ownership over the said property that men usually do over their own property & that he sold & caused to be conveyed & recd. the consideration for dive[r]s lots & pieces of the premises aforesaid after the same had been laid into town lots by him as aforesaid
That about the year AD 1841 the said by the procurement of the said Joseph Smith deceased conveyed Block No. 1.56, in aforesaid in part & parcel of said quarter section to one infant son of said Joseph Smith deceased with the fraudulent design aforesaid
That about the year AD 1841 the said by the procurement of the said Joseph Smith deceased conveyed Block No. 155 in aforesaid part & parcel of said Quarter Section to one infant son of said Joseph Smith jr deceased with the fraudulent design aforesaid [p. [10]]
