In the action of against <​i​> we and do acknowledge ourselves baill for the appellant in the sum of fifty dollars to be levied of our good and chattels lands &c tenements in case the appellant shall be condemned in the action and shall fail to pay the condemnation and money and costs that have accrued or may accrued in the court of common pleas
