In Consideration of One hundred and Eighty dollars to me to be paid as follows viz: Thirty dollars on demand— Seventyfive dollars with interest on the first day of November Eighteen hundred and forty— and Seventyfive dollars with interest on the first day of November Eighteen hundred and fortyfour— I of Hancock County State of Illinois do hereby Obligate myself my heirs— executors administrators— and assigns to make and execute a good and sufficient warrantee deed to [blank] his heirs executors— administrators or assigns for all that lot of land known on the map of Said Town of as Lot No two— in Block No One hundred and twenty.——

And for the performance of this obligation I hereby bind myself— my heirs— executors— administrators and assigns in the penal sum of Three hundred and sixty dollars

This bond to be in full force and virtue provided the above mentioned payments be well and duly made at the periods of time above specified Otherwise to be null and void.
