his heirs or assigns for Sd. Land which title is to have a Claus of genl. warruntee then this obligation is to be void, otherwise to be and remain in full forse & virtue in Law— and if the Said last mentioned notes is not fully paid within Six months after they become due then the Sd. Erie reserves the right to declare this bond null and void and to dispose of the land as any other person— & the Said Foster is to pay the taxeses that may be Levied on Said Land hereafter In testamony whereof we the parties have hereunto interchangeably Set our hands & Seals this fourth day of March AD. 1841
