Received on the within note bond the Sum of 50 dollars. being the amount of the first note——
for Jos Smith &C —
Know all men that I of the Township of County of Hancock State of Illinois have for the consideration of One Hundred dollars sold my write and title to the Mr the within named Lot of Land to Mr — And I authirize him to take a deed of the same in this own name by paying— the balance due on said Lot
