In Consideration of One hundred and eighty dollars to me to be paid as follows viz: Thirty dollars on demand— Seventyfive dollars with interest on the first day of November Eighteen hundred and forty— And seventyfive dollars with interest on the first day of November Eighteen hundred and fortyfour——

I of Hancock County— State of Illinois do hereby bind myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns to make and execute a good and sufficient warentee deed to his heirs, executors, administrators or assigns for all that lot of land known on the map of Said Town of as Lot No One in Block No One hundred and sixty one.

And for the performance of this obligation I hereby bind myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns in the penal sum of Three hundred and sixty dollars.—

This bond to be in full force and virtue provided the abovementioned payments to be well and duly made at the periods of time above specified— Otherwise to be null and void.
