The first for one hundred dollars on the first day of April A. D. 1841
The second for one hundred dollars on the first day of April A. D. 1842
The third for one hundred dollars on the first day of April A. D. 1843
The fourth for one hundred dollars on the first day of April 1844
The fifth for one hundred dollars on the first day of April 1845
with interest for each and every note to be paid annually.

heirs, executors, or administrators shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid, the amount of said notes with such interest as may accrue thereon, according to the tenor and effect thereof, when due, I the said Joseph Smith bind myself my bind heirs, executors and administrators, to make or cause to be made, a good and sufficient Deed for the above described lot at the expiration of eighteen years from this date and then this Bond to become null and void, otherwise to be and remain in full force and virtue.
