Know all Men by These presents— That Ethan Kimball of the county of , and State of , has this day for and in consideration of the Sum of Nine Hundred Dollars in hand paid by Mary, Ann, Young of the county of and state of , bargained and sold unto the said Mary, Ann, Young a certain piece of or pieces of Land, or Lot of Land Laying and situated in Kimballs addition to in said , and Last Mentioned, as will more fully appear by refference to the plat of said addition, being Lots No Sixty Seven (67) Sixty Eight (68) and all that portion Lying South of Knight Street in Lot No sixty Nine (69) all the Lots are in Block No two (2) of Kimballs addition to the town of ,

To Have And To Hold The above described Lots or pieces of Land with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging to him her the said Mary, Ann, Young her heirs and assigns forever.

And the said Ethan Kimball for himself his heirs and assigns administrators and executors, do warrant and forever defend the title of the Lots or pieces of Land above described against every person or persons claiming by, through, or under him or any other persons whatsoever.
