Coun. called for the question before the house, viz. that brother assist to manage the paper— The motion was carried.
Coun. said he will do the best he can, but he has not got much calculation for the business. He means to learn to write by hieroglyphics so that nobody can criticise his language.
explained why he did not believe we had been officially notified in relation to the repeal of our charters.
