On motion was received by unanimous vote as a member of the council after which was also received and they were both seated in order.
The then called upon the to give to these new members the title of this kingdom, and the title of the constitution, which was done, and cheerfully acceeded to by them.
At the request of the sung the “Upper California”.
The minutes of the two last councils were then read & accepted by unanimous vote.
The called for the report of committees.
Coun. stated that the letters to the governors were all ready, and he had them with him.
