to do business as agents for the council. As to brother , there is [no?] man in the church he should be more favorable to, to go on this mission than he, but the question is are we to continue to enlarge this body. When we are admitted here we all have rights alike. This is a council organized to deliberate on the temporal goverment of the kingdom of God, and were there five hundred or a thousand men in this council, and a subject come up for investigation they would all want to speak, and it would necessarily be a great consumption of time, when twleve or fifty men might do all the business in far less time. He wants this subject decided, so that we may have a proper understanding in season.
