feel like fortifying before he took time to pray. If it is a cold country, and a hard country to live in we wont be envied, but if we go to a good country before we are able to defend it we would be troubled with mobs as we are here.
The first business to be done is to appoint those Agents. The next thing is for every man of this council to select his fifty men who can be prepared to start immediately either night or day when the word is given, and to commence with he will take this council for his fifty. As to our property he would rather see the poor of this people take it and our houses and enjoy them than the mob should have them.
