And this cause coming on to be heard upon the bill, answers of Lewis C. Bidamon, his wife, , Elisha Dixon her husband, , , and heirs at law of Joseph Smith deceased, and administrator of the estate of the said deceased, thereto and proofs and master’s report.
And the Court upon a full examination in the premises, after examining the case and the report of the special master &c; it appearing to the Court that there is now due to the said complainants from the estate of the said Joseph Smith deceased the full sum of seven thousand eight hundred and seventy dollars and twenty three cents ($7870.23) upon a Judgement in favor of the complainants against the said Joseph Smith, , , , and obtained in the district Court of the United States for the district of on the 11th. day of June A. D. 1842.
That said Judgement has never been paid either in whole or in part, and that the other defendants in said judgement are non-residents of this State and insolvent, except who is dead and was at the time of his death insolvent.
That on the 18th. day of July A. D. 1842 an was issued on said Judgement to the of this district and afterwards duly returned nulla bona.
That the said deceased died seized of real estate as follows, upon which said judgement at the time of the death of the said deceased was a lien, to wit:—

All of which lands are in Illinois.
