lands deeded to Samuel Canfield; thence West 66 East to a post; thence South 58° West 19 rods to the North line; Thence South along the lot line 8 rods to a post; thence East parallel with the lot line 69 rods to the centre of the highway; thence bounding on the centre of the highway Northerly to Mr Youngs North West corner; thence West 8 rods to a post; thence North 8 rods to a post; Thence East 13 rods to the highway; Thence Northerly bounding on the centre of the highway 4 rods North & South to the place of beginning containing 13 acres of land subject all legal highways.— Also the following described real estate situate in said deeded by to said Joseph Smith Jr by deed dated the 4th. day of January 1837 and therein bounded and described as follows viz known as part of Lot No 30 and bounded as follows, to wit on the South by lands formerly owned by Isaac Moore; beginning near the North East corner of said Moores land, in the centre of the road leading from to , and running West on the North line of said land 22 rods; thence North 17 rods to a stake marked No. 1; Thence East to the West line of the lot owned by the Methodist Episcopal Society on which their Meeting House stands; Thence South to the South West corner of said Societies Lot; Thence East to the centre of the road before mentioned, Thence Southwardly to the place of beginning, containing one and one hundred and fifty four and a half rods, & is the same land on which stands the “[”] so called.
To have and to hold the said Tracts or Parcels of Land, with the privileges and appurtenances thereof, to him the said his heirs and assigns forever.
