in front of the Public House Known as the in the City of in said , and whereas I did on the said 8th day of April AD 1851 offer for sale in said City of at the place aforesaid at public to the highest bidder for cash the premises aforesaid in separate parcels as heretofore described according to the directions of said decree and as set forth in said advertisement and whereas at said sale Gustavus Lewengren became the purchaser of the property below described to wit Lot four in Block 108 bidding therefor the sum of one hundred and one dollars which was the highest bid made for the same Now therefore, Know all men by these presents that I Special Commissioner as aforesaid acting under said decree, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of one Hundred and one dollars to me paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and sold and do by these presents grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto the said Gustavus Lewingren of aforesaid his heirs and assigns the following described premises situate in the County of and State of aforesaid to wit, Lot four (4) in Block one hundred and Eight (108) in the City of aforesaid and County of State of Illinois To Have and To Hold together with all the Appurtenances there to belonging to him the said Gustavus Lewengren his heirs and assigns forever, Provided however that this deed contains no implied warrants on the part of said
