, commencing twenty eight and a half rods North of the South West corner of said Lot, running thence North Eleven rods, thence East Eight rods, thence South Eleven rods, thence West Eight rods to the place of beginning, containing Eighty eight rods of land be the same more or less, together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining.
To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said Joseph Smith, party of the second part, his successors in office and assigns forever. And the said Benjamin Jones and Anna his wife, party of the first part, their heirs and assigns, the aforesaid premises, unto the said Joseph Smith, as Sole Trustee in Trust, &c. party of the Second part, his successors in office and assigns, against the claim or claims of all and every person whomsoever, do and will warrant and forever defend by these presents.
