I, Hazen Kimball a justice of the peace in and for the said do certify that Knowlton Hanks whose signature appears to the foregoing Deed of conveyance is personally known to me to be the person described in, and who executed the same did acknowledge the same to be his free and voluntary act and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned and expressed
