Know all men by these Presents that this Indenture, made and entered into this Twenty ninth day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine between and Elizabeth [Wilcox] Galland his wife of the County of and State of of the first part, and — also of the of County of & aforesaid, of the second part.
