To all People to whom these Presents shall come— Greeting:
Know ye That we Joseph Smith Junior and wife of in the County of Geauga and State of Ohio, For the consideration of one thousand Dollars, received to our full satisfaction of of the Town of , County of Geauga and State of Ohio do give, grant, bargain, Sell and confirm unto him the said his heirs and assigns the following described tract or lot of land, situate in , Township No. nine in the ninth Range of Townships, in the , in the State of , and which is also in the County of and State of , and is known as part of Lot No. thirty and is bounded as follows to wit: Beginning at the South East corner of 's Lot on the East Side of the State Road leading from to Bainbridge— Thence South twenty four degrees and thirty minutes east bounded on the State Road before mentioned Eight rods and twenty links to a post,— thence East twenty rods to a Post.— Thence north eight rods and twenty links running parallel with the first mentioned line on the State Road— Thence west eight rods and twenty links to the place of beginning containing about one acre of land.
