To all people to whom these presents shall come Greeting Know Ye that we Joseph Smith Jr. and wife of in the County of Geauga and State of Ohio, For the consideration of One hundred dollars received to our full satisfaction of of the Town of County of Geauga and State of Ohio do give grant bargain sell and confirm unto him the said his heirs and assigns, the following described Tract or Lot of land situate in Township No. Nine in the ninth Range of Townships in the in the State of and which is also in the County of and State of and is known as part of Lot No— [blank] and is bounded as follows, to wit: Beginning at ’s southeast corner on the east side of the State road leading from to Bainbridge, then South 24 degrees and 30 minutes East bounded on the State Road four rods and ten links to a post, then East twenty rods to a post then North parallel with said State road four rods and ten links to a post then West twenty rods to the place of beginning containing One half acre, be the same more or less. To have and to hold the above granted and bargained premises with the appurtenances thereof unto him the said his heirs and assigns forever to his own proper use and behoof.
