This Indenture made and entered into this Seventh Day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and forty two Between Joseph Smith as Sole Trustee in Trust for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints of the County of and State of of the first part, and John Bowen of the County of and State of of the Second part.
