I Justice of the peace in and for the County of personally appeared W. M Wall and Nancy his wife both of whom are known to said Justice to be the identical persons whose names are subscribed to the within instrument of conveyance, and acknowledged the signing sealing and delivery of the same to be their voluntary act and deed for the use and purposes therein expressed, And the said Nancy being by the said Justice examined separate and apart from her said husband and being made acquainted with the meaning and intent of the within deed acknowledged that she signed the same freely and voluntarily and not through fear or persuasion or complusion of her said husband, Given under my hand and seal sixteenth day of Oct, Eighteen hundred and forty three
