he opened by prayer read a chapter in the Book of Mormon & then spoke as he was led by the Spirit of God among other things he spoke a parable of the Clay in the hands of the potter that when it mared in the hands of the potter it was lade aside to go in the next batch & was a vessel of dishonour but all clay that formed well in the hands of the potter & was pliable was a vessal of honour & thus it was with the human family & still is, all that are pliable in the hands of God & are obediant to the Commands of God are vessals of honour & God will receive them &c.
