This day came into Court and represented himself to be a creditor of Joseph Smith deceased, and applied for letters of administration on the Estate of the said decea[se]d And whereas the letters of administration heretofore granted to on said Estate were revoked by this Court on the eighteenth instant. And whereas the said deceased has property remaining in this which should be administered upon. It is therefore ordered that be appointed administrator on the estate of the said Joseph Smith deceased.
And it is further Ordered that the said enter into bond, duly conditioned according to law, in the penal sum of Six thousand dollars, with security to be approved by the Court.
And thereupon the said subputed [submitted] his bond with and as securities, and the same being approved is Ordered to be filed and recorded.
Ordered that Letters of Administration De Bonis Non be issued to of the County of and State of , appointing him administrator on the estate of Joseph Smith deceased, and that the same be recorded.
Ordered that late administratrix on the Estate of Joseph Smith deceased deliver up to administrator on the estate of the said deceased. all goods, chattels, monies and other effects belonging to the Estate of the said Joseph Smith deceased, which may be, or have come in her possesion. [p. 356]
