This day came John M Ferris administrator on the estate of Joseph Smith deceased. And <​Phineas Kimble [Kimball] by​> George Edmands [Edmunds] Jr presented a note against the Estate of the said deceased and the same being examined is allowed at $1377.01 with six per cent interest from the 8th. day of July 1838 untill paid and the said Edmonds <​for the said P Kimble​> presented one other note against the said Estate and the same being examined is allowed at $1464.54 with six pr cent interest from the 8h. day of July 1839 untill paid.
