And now on this day on motion of the s attorneys it is ordered by the court here that this suit be dismissed at the said s costs.
It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court here that the said Defendant do have and recover of the said the sum four Dollars and sixty two cents the costs and charges of this suit. &c [p. 540]
