This day came the and his attorney and entered his motion to dismiss this suit and reverse the Judgment of the Court below for want of prosecution Whereupon after hearing the arguments of counsel and due consideration being had thereon the Court doth order that the said motion be sustained. that the Judgment of the Court below be reversed. that this suit be dismissed and that the said .
