, Hancock County Illinois, after first giving such notice of the time and place of Sale and property to be Sold as is required on Sale of real estate by Sheriff on execution— that Said Sale be made for cash— that Said Commissioner make deeds to the purchasers— that out of the proceeds of Said Sale, he first pay the costs of this Suit and his fees, and second, the balance to George Edmunds Jr the assignee of Said Complainant— and take his receipt therefor, and report his proceedings herein at the next term of this Court.
