This day Came & and acknowledged themselves <jointly & severally> to owe and be indebted to the People of the state of in the sum of one Hundred Dollars to be levied of their goods, chattels, Lands, tenements and real estate, for the payment of the same conditioned that if the said and shall personally be and appear before the Circuit Court of to be holden at the Court House in on the third Monday in the month of October next then and there to give testimony in the above enti[t]led cause and not depart the [p.
