claiming an interest therein, but they are not able to state who are in possession of each and every of said lots and tracts of land and premises and can <​only​> state such lands as they are in possession of or claim an interest in.
And also certain tracts or lots of ground situated on the South East qr. of said section No. 2 township No. six North of Range No. 9 West in said Bill mentioned in the possession of other persons under claim of title derived through Respondant , and as to those lots last referred to they cannot state, who are in possession of said lots or who claim the same and can <​only​> state the conveyance thereof by said

That said while sole in like manner conveyed to one Peter <​Poineer [Poncin]​> the South half of Lot no. 2 on Block No. 118, Lot No 1, on Block No 119, 40 ft wide East end North half of North half of Lot 2 on Block No. 125 in good faith and for a valuable consideration by quit claim deed.
That said while sole, also conveyed to the said defendant all her interest in lot No. 3 on Block No. 147, West half of lot 1 on Block No. 160, Lot No. 2 on Block 161, which said conveyance was made in good faith and not for the purpose, defrauding creditors.
