The Lot— And with the furniture fixtures &c. also the Back house— and the contemplated improvements on the east end of the said . Also the new Brick Barn on Lot No 156 and the Barn Yard— with a privilege of having the said barn yard enlarged if he needs it— And further to have the use of the old barn in the West end of B[lock] 155— if he needs the same together with the same adjoining the same Also to have the privilege of drawing the manure to the said Lot 147 in such quantities as shall be necessary to enrichen the same

And for the performance of this obligation the aforesaid parties each and severally bind themselves their heirs and assigns in the penal sum of two thousand dollars [p. [2]]
