The time also is now come for establishing a powerful and well directed printing Establish for tracts and publications as well as monthly [5 words illegible] Nations of the Earth with information upon our [2 words illegible] and it remains beyond question [illegible] to [illegible] upon thy will double our numb[ers] before 4 months. We needly hard[l]y say he[re] that they would have a mighty sale in al[l] parts of Europe. This has been sadly overlook[ed] by us. Upon this subject it seems desira[ble] also to establish a branch printing offi[ce] in Montreal or any other of The [illegible] Prov[inces] for a public Journal equal in size to the local Journals there published and whic[h] would become an excellent medium for a◊◊ the Nations of Europe upon our glorious doctr[ine] and as The Journal although in numbers 20,00[0]copies at every publishing, would have free circulatio[n] to all parts of Britain as well as Europe and every [illegible] of The British Empire as the public Journals have, [illegible] this subject a position worthy of the mo[re] [p.
