Dear Sir: I have this morning received instructions from General Joseph Smith who is now at to dispatch a messenger to your Honor and respectfully request your Honor to come to and meet him here as soon as possible.
The messenger who brought me the instructions informs me that the is coming with Genl Smith tomorrow and the case is to be tried before your Honor in this place.
I am authorized to say that if you will come without delay your expenses shall be paid and you will confer a favor on Mr Smith will be <which> will be appreciated and long remembered.
