company and regiment first; and further that said Chief musician be empowered to increase said Band to a sufficient number to meet all demands of the : Provided that Colonels and Captains may provide their own music by attaching it to said Band
Resolved that <there be added to> the S[t]aff of the Brigadier Geral of the first Cohort one, and <to> the Staff of the Brgr General of the Second Cohort two— musicians to rank as Captains.
That the amendment to as made by the committee to the 3 section be rejected and the words “a Chief Musician” stand.”
That the publication of the law be given to who is required not to publish less than 500 copies, at his own expense
The <other> amendments of the Revised law as reported by the Committee in regard the music were confirmed.
