Deeds given by court of . warrents & defends again[s]t all unlawful claims.— It is a 1/2 breed, it an anomaly, without form & void, a nondescript. if they have your note. let them come here & sue you then you can carry up your case to the highest court.— so long as the Laws have a shadow of tittle, it is not right for the Mormons to go & carry away the wood In the name of the Lord God, I forbid any man from using any observati[o]ns of mine, to rob— the land of wood.——
