The people of the State of to the Keeper of the Jail of the said Greeting
Whereas late of said has been arrested on the oath of for the Crime of fellony, and has been examined by me one of the Justices of the peace in and for said on such charge and required to give bail in the sum of three hundred dollars, for his appearance before the Circuit Court of said on the first day of the next term thereof which requisition he has failed to comply with;— Therefore, in the name of the people of the State of , I command you to receive the said , into your Custody in the Jail of the aforesaid, there to be discharged by due Course of Law
