This indenture, made and entered into this fifteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty four, between David Fisher of the County of and State of of the first part, and of the County of and afforesaid of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said David Fisher, the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the following described part of a Lot, situate, lying, and being in , and State of , and designated as the South one third of fractional Lot number three (3) in Block number twenty four (24) in addition to the City of , to run across said lot from East to West. Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining: To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever. And the said David Fisher the aforesaid premises unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns against the lawful claim or claims of all persons whatever, does and will warrant and forever defend by these presents. In testimony whereof, the said party of the first part has hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year first herein written.
