To have and to hold the above described Lots, with all and singular appertenances thereunto belonging to him the said Robert Stuart his heirs and assigns forever. And the said and & Julia [Jencks Thompson] his wife for themselves their heirs and assigns, administrators and executors do warrant and forever defend the title of the lot or peice of land against every person or persons claiming by, through or under them in any manner whatsoever, or any other persons whatever.
