Four rods and seven feet, thence South forty nine feet to the place of beginning Together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining. To have and to hold the above des-cribed premises unto the said Louisa Stout her heirs and assigns forever. And the said , and Sarah L. his wife, their heirs and assigns, the aforesaid premises, unto the said Louisa Stout her heirs and assigns, against the claim or claims of all and every person whomsoever, do and will warrant and forever defend by these presents. In testimony whereof, the said , and Sarah L. his wife of the first part, have hereunto set their hands and seals, the day and year first above written

And the said Sarah L. Taylor having been by me made acquainted with the contents of the said Deed, and examined separate and apart from her said , acknowledged that she had executed the same, and relinquished her dower to the premises therein conveyed, voluntarily, freely, and without compulsion of her said .
