NOTICE is hereby given that the administrator of Joseph Smith deceased, will present a petition to the of the fifth judicial circuit, at the next term of the circuit court in , for an order to sell the northwest quarter, of the south east quarter of section 6, in township 5 N. 8 W.; also the north west fractional quarter of section 10, in township 7 N. 8 W.; also, the south-west fractional quarter of section 19, in township 6 N. 8 W.; also the south east quarter of the south east quarter of section 26, in township 7 N. 8 W.; also the west half of the north-east quarter of section 35, in township 7 N. 8 W. The guardians heirs, and all parties interested, will appear at said term of the cou[r]t, and show cause, if any, why said lands should not be sold to satisfy the claims against said estate,
