The of Joseph Smith deceased has filed in said Circuit Court a relinquishment of her right of dower in the premises above named, and the undersigned commissioner will execute to the purchasers at said sale, a deed for the premises respectively purchased by them, and the purchasers at said sale will hold said premises free from any right of dower on the part of the of said Joseph Smith, deceased.
The sale, will commence at 10 O’Clock A. M. and continue until all the above premises are sold.
