It being made to appear to the Court that Guy Smith one of the appraisers heretofore appointed in this is temporarily absent from his house and by reason thereof is unable to perform his duties as such appraiser It is therefore by the Court ordered that A S [Alvin Stone] Richards a Judicious disinterested freeholder of the vicinity be appointed in the stead of the said Guy W Smith and shall with George Frank & Reuben Harmon the appraisers heretofore appointed perform the duties required by the order heretofore issued to said George Frank Reuben Harmon & Guy Smith
