Sec. 1. Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of , that the several Laws & Ordinances hereinafter mentioned <​heretofore Enacted​>, to wit, An Ordinance entitled “An Ordinance in relation to Hawkers, Pedlers, & public Shows & Exhibitions,” passed Novr 27th. 1841, So much of an Ordinance entitled “An Ordinance regulating Auctions in the City of ,” passed Feb.y. 12th. 1842, as has not been repealed by an Ordinance passed April 9th. 1842, entitled “An Ordinance amending an Ordinance entitled “An Ordinance regulating auctions in the City of ”. An Ordinance entitled “An Ordinance to regulate Taverns & Ordinaries in the City of , passed April 9th. 1842.
