Sec 5 and be it further ordained that where the stock in trade is increased after the license is granted during the continuance of such licence <​such person or persons shall​> report the same to the Recorder, who shall be governed as in the first section of this ordinance, and claim the same proportion of license money for the benefit of the

, as there has been stock added; viz one dollar for one hundred <​dollars worth​> a year; fifty cents for the same <​amount​> six months: and in like manner for all sums any length of time: and subject to the same penalty for neglect refusal or noncompliance as is provided in the second section of this ordinance
Sec 6 and be it further ordained that the Recorder shall deduct <​from​> the licence money, which may the amount which may have been taxed by the city assessors and collectors for the coming <​current​> year.
