Mr. ./ In order to enable Elder to prepare to Start from this upon his mission, you may hand him twenty dollars which Mr. <​Daniel​> Bayly is about to pay in towards his tithing, and this you can <​hereafter​> replace out of s demand on the City Treasury, you may also call upon City Collector to pay over to you from twenty to thirty dollars, taxes Collected by him, if so much in his hands, & let have it, also in part of the Amount due him by the , he says the will after that be owing him about One hundred Dollars, which he wishes his family to Receive Occasionally from you, as they may Require it.—
